I've never boarded before.

My objective :
Find a position that suits me and begin boarding down green runs with confidence, use the correct technique and choose runs suited to my ability, familiarise myself with the safety guidelines and control my speed

I'm going to learn :
- How to put on, take off and adjust my equipment.
- How to turn around on the ground and get back up after a fall, and to slide on one foot.
- To take the ski tow and chairlift.
- How to stop suddenly and slide both forwards and backwards.
- To execute front and backside turns.
